Proof of payment must be sent after the transaction; ‎ ‎🔅 All downpayments and deposits are strictly non-refundable but transferable unless the event is cancelled due to extreme weather conditions, mountain closure. ‎ ‎🔅 No Downpayment, No Slot Reservation Policy; ‎ ‎🔅 Remaining balance will be collected during the assembly on a cash basis only; ‎ ‎🔅 Participants who cancel or back out within 1 week prior to the event are required to pay the full event fee; ‎ ‎🔅 Events require a minimum number of participants to proceed. If the minimum required participants are not met, Happy Trekkers PH reserves the right to: ‎• Cancel the event with full refund; or ‎• Collaborate, merge, or divert the event with a partner organizer/travel group to continue the scheduled trip, subject to guest approval and confirmation before finalization; ‎ ‎🔅 Van seat assignments are strictly first come, first served. No seat reservations allowed; ‎ ‎🔅 Travel insurance and personal medical expenses are not included in the package.
